This image represents both joy and sorrow. As I sat and watched the image unfold itself my emotions were both. The beauty of the simple things in life such as the light and tree reflecting in a simple puddle. The sorrow and sadness of the mud and weeds that stole the light. As I pondered life and the news of a close friend and family member going through struggles with Cancer, this image presented itself to me and I knew I had to capture it and share these opposite emotions. I hope it speaks to you as it did to me.
This is a black & white image of trees reflecting in a water puddle in the woods. The image was processed and layered with textures to achieve the final result. This is also available in color. Feel free to email with questions/comments. Thank you for looking.
